I’m very disappointed with Overhead Door. They replaced our garage door in April 2024. We hadn’t had any issues with the door until recently when they attached the door carriage to a board above the actual door became detached. As we discovered they must be the carriage to the other side of the existing board and it didn’t fit so they put the top screw into the top of the board at an angle. It was bound to fail. They came and looked at it yesterday and the repairman said he didn’t have the materials with him to fix it and someone from the office would get back with me. They didn’t. I called back today and they said they fix anything aesthetically and our problem is an aesthetic problem not mechanical. When they replace doors they don’t fix this type of problem. Just want everyone to know to pay attention before they leave to make sure yours is aesthetically fixed. Poor service. We’ve called another company and they will replace the board

Great service and very knowledgeable! Super fast and affordable! Everything I could ask for! Thank you and would definitely recommend to anyone! Rocki is amazing and we have had him out a few times times over the course of 11 years. He was able to fix this again! The wire cable broke on the side of the garage and our garage door opener kept pulling it up even though the cable was broke. It shouldn't have done that. He adjusted the settings so it won't do that again. Shows me some maintenence things to do with it to make it last longer. Great guy! I will continue to call them out in the future and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!
