I have been with Panhandle Dumpsters for several years now, and they are the absolute best! I had been with my last trash service for over 18 years when I had finally just had enough of their garbage and having to jump through hoops to just get my trash picked up. That company did nothing but nitpick, complain, and bully their customers instead of giving any sort of customer service. I finally dropped them not knowing what I was going to do for trash collection next, when I saw a NEW trash company was available, Panhandle Dumpsters! I have had the opportunity to watch the grow from a brand new small company to the strong, solid, and dependable company they are today. I have watched them Care for their employees and customers the way a company should. When I've called them with a question or to schedule a bulk pick up, I come with a Friendly and respectable approach.. and guess what I receive right back? A friendly, respectable response, the way it should be. I have had ZERO regrets since signing up with them years ago! And I'll say it again... The customer service alone is top notch.. always a friendly soul on the other end. I've never had any issues with pick ups or bulk, and their trash collectors are hard working and courteous. I went from being stressed with my old company wondering what they were going to complain about next, refusing to pick up my trash because of something they didn't like, etc .. to now as a COMPLETELY happy customer with Panhandle Dumpsters! Give them a try!
