What does it say about the level of confidence and comfort that I had in Ben (and his team) that the first time I met him was the day he finished the complete renovations of my two bathrooms? A true statement! I worked with Ben from afar to turn two mid-70s bathrooms into modern beauties. I knew his workmanship was going to be top notch. What I learned was that his communication skills and style are both far above other contractors with whom I have worked. He kept me apprised of the progress with weekly "recaps" and pictures.
