We had such a great experience with Palmer’s. I chose them because of their amazing reviews, and now I see why they have such amazing reviews. The gentleman who did our repair was so professional, knowledgeable and so very personable. He really couldn’t have been more kind, and he was such a pleasure to chat with. I will definitely be using this company again if and when we need them!

This was the second time Kevin returned to our home yesterday to finish up installing new shower fixtures and repairing the leak. He was here about a month ago, to install new fixtures in our main bathroom. Palmer's is so easy to deal with as a client. Casey schedules your project and when they show up, they are timely, professional, neat and tidy, respectful and knowledgeable. Kevin kept us informed, educated, and, was such a pleasure to work with and have around. If you desire a company that will deliver stellar service, Palmer's Plumbing is the company to hire and trust. I had Palmer's come out and hook up my new shower drain after I couldn't get it to line up with the hole in the shower base and they were able to do it no problem. I also had them install a shower spray handle after I installed it and couldn't get it to stop leaking. They did a great job both times, were very professional, wore a mask which is important to me these days, and after I left them in the house to do their job and went back to work they followed up with me. They also allow you to pay them right there when they do their work or electronically, which makes it easier for me to get my bills paid. Overall great quality work and great people.

Palmer’s Plumbing was the only service out of 4 that I called for help, to respond to my call, and they responded right away. Their prompt response is hard to come by, especially these days. The gentleman who serviced my home was considerate, conscientious, professional, efficient and effective. His service and integrity is a reflection of the company’s ethos and gives me the confidence that, I think, everyone needs and deserves from a service company. Palmer’s is a small, family owned company, which is probably one reason for their attributable integrity. They don’t provide weekend service; but, on balance, that’s a chance I’m willing to take. I’m an experienced homeowner who has dealt with many service providers and Palmer’s Plumbing is at the top of my list.
