In my opinion this place will take advantage of you, especially older people. I brought my laptop in to get Windows 11 on it and the charge was $280. And I swear I thought he said 180 over the phone. If you're older watch your money, the owner will take advantage of you. I brought my laptop to check it take Advance computers and they charge $85 to put Windows 11. Stay away from this place.
I had a complex problem with my printer. Rey was very helpful, prompt and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I’ll def come back here with computer or printer issues.
Superb service. I have came here many times over the years and they are great. Very quick, very knowledgeable, very affordable. Today, I brought my PC in at noon and by 2pm, they diagnosed the issues, and replaced the broken part. I recommend this shop very much.
Friendly, helpful, and to the point. I took my computer in to have it unlocked after I forgot the passcode. They said it was no problem. They were done same day.
