Overhead Door Company of Kearney

Not impressed with this company at all. I called to have them do general maintenance and adjustment to the doors since we’re moving into winter time. Their “Technician” arrived with a can of WD-40 sprayed all the rollers and said he was done. He was here less than five minutes. I asked him if he could straighten one of the doors because it was going down unevenly and stayed high on one side when it closed. He said he didn’t have the “correct tool” to do that and he would try to remember to have another technician stop by and do that that was two weeks ago Then they had the nerve to send me a bill for 80 bucks. I would not recommend this company to anyone find someone else to take care of your garage door needs. UPDATE: Two days after I posted this review I got a call from this company and they came out and adjusted my door so it’s working great! The technicians were very nice and explained that they are a corporate owned store and can only work on garage doors that they have sold and installed. WHO knew?? Restored my faith in Overhead doors. My only suggestion is that they should explain this to customers at the beginning of a service call.
