This is a commercial and residential glass company. After a window was broken at our business right before 5 p.m. on Monday, Brad Schutte with Howard's Glass drove the 50 miles to our location, installed the new glass installed, cleaned everything up and vacuumed, and even hung the curtain back up on Tuesday afternoon. The folks in the office, as well as Brad, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable about options and costs. The great price for the job and the quick turnaround were icing on the cake. Thank you! Hopefully we can get Google to change their business category because they are NOT an auto glass company.

Contacted the company in mid Nov. about a simple window replacement. Asked to be given a heads up when they would be coming out as my wife sleeps during the day and I wanted to make sure I was there. They didn't. No biggie. The kid came out and measured stuff, told me they'd have to order the part. Also no biggie. I asked him to contact me with a price, he said he would. Fast forward to early January. Never heard back. Called today spoke to a very friendly guy who said there were some issues and apparently nothing was ever ordered and he'll call me back. Missed his call a short while later and when I called back the lady who answered acted as if I was bothering her. Forget it, I'll find someone else. Hope they can get their stuff together because I prefer to support local business but not if that means I have to make 10 calls and wait two months for something so trivial.
