Russell's Appliance & Electronics

I live in an adjacent town but buying appliances through Russells has been nothing but an exceptional decision. Every staff member and interaction has been professional, compassionate, and courteous. All of my questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly; if an answer is not known, I have been honestly told that they will get back to me and every follow-up has been carried through. Doing business with people of integrity and honesty makes the purchasing experience so much better and I have found this to be consistently the case at Russell's!

There are two aspects of this company worth noting. First, The showroom/inventory was the best around the area as far as diversity of brands and selections. Nothing incredible about the sales, it’s about what you would expect. Walk in, get approached by a salesman, they respect your space or provide as much information as you want. Prices are right on par with MSRP on almost everything. The OUTSTANDING part of this company was the delivery and haul away of my old washer/dryer. Justice and Carson were incredibly professional and friendly. They were very careful with my floors and had obvious respect for my home and property. They were timely and worked quickly and efficiently. 4.5 stars based on the store. 10 stars for the delivery and customer experience!
