Contacted Overhead Door about garage door not going down from car remote. Sales person came out and said I needed new garage opener. Offered to come back Thursday but I decided Friday would be better for me. Asked if I could get a morning call and was told he would request it but couldn’t promise it. I also asked if they would program both my cars and he assured me that was no problem. Tech showed up after lunch and didn’t know how to program my cars plus on the work order ticket it was noted call to be made after lunch. Here I wait all morning for service man and he shows up after lunch and can not program my cars. I called the office and was told no person was available to program my cars and that she would put me down for Monday. Here I’ve wasted two days sitting around waiting for a tech to finish my job. The tech that did show up Friday did a good job but why would company send a tech that couldn’t complete the job. Guess they figure my time is not valuable.

I give 5stars yo the technician Jessie he was excellent and finally fixed my door. I can not say the same about any other staff. They have no communication skills. After i called the first time i was told Tuesday the tech would be there. He came and told us that needed a part and he didn't have it wasn't sure if needed to order it or if available in another truck, that he would call me next day. 2 days later i had to call the office back to ask what had happened and was told a tech was scheduled to come today. No one ever called to inform us anything. “within an hour “she said and then i get a call asking if i still needed the service, REALLY?
