We needed a repair on a garage door on my daughter’s house. John came and assessed what was needed and came out and got it done. Now the garage door functions easy peasy. So much better than before. His price was almost much more reasonable than other bids I had gotten. Thanks John.
They were wonderful to work with. Very friendly in my experience talking with them on the phone and my dad said the same thing about them in-person. Super reasonable price and quality work. My husband and I were very blessed to have them work on our home and by their grace.
Have a job down the street in Beaumont, needed a set of panic bars in a hurry. My back was against the wall on this one. The best delivery time I was getting was 4 days to 2 weeks for all the suppliers I had. Got on Google and got super luck to have found John with Northgate. John's response time and help in getting me what I needed in 2 days. Then he even drove it to the site for me. This is a level of customer service I have never received in my life. Super knowledgeable, great, friendly to talk to, incredibly helpful especially in a pinch. There open 24 hours and offer a large array of services all your door needs for every door big and small. Comercial and residential. I will definitely be using north gate on as many projects as I can! 5 stars!!
John and his crew were hands down, the best! We needed an opener for a 12x12 roll-up door on our new shop. We got the runaround from other companies on pricing and whether or not they could even do it. John was the only one that A- didn't quote us an ungodly amount and B- had the style lift specifically designed for commercial grade roll-up doors. Upon arrival, he and his crew, Angus, John Jr., and Manny quickly had the lift installed. They did run into an issue caused by poor work done by the builders but did EVERYTHING to fix a problem they didn't even cause. The whole crew was so nice and had no problem explaining what they were doing and why. We were so impressed with not only their knowledge and skills but also how nice and professional they all were! Need doors or lifts/gait openers, security, or even entertainment screens etc installed?? Give Northgate a call, you won't regret it!
We recently had new garage and roll-up doors installed for a remodel/upfit on our shop, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, John and his team were professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly. They arrived right on time and got to work immediately--and stayed past hours to get everything done. The crew was not only skilled but also approachable, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was satisfied with every detail of the installation. The new doors look fantastic and operate flawlessly, and they took the time to upgrade some of the older door seals and doors around the shop: making everything function much better. I would highly recommend them; we will have them back out in the fall for phase 2 of our remodeling project--I would not go anywhere else!
