Miguel was very professional and considerate. Set up floor protection and worked together with assistant to transform a very dated gas log fireplace into a thing of beauty with the new updated ceramic logs. The owner immediately fired it up for the evening. Look forward to doing more upgrades and repairs with Lord's as we renovate and reconditioned homes in Southwest Houston. Miguel was very thorough he took time to examine inside my fireplace and chimney. He also thoroughly examined the chimney on the roof and its structural integrity. He took time to explain clearly to me what he found and what was needed to make my fireplace/chimney safe.
