Jason came two Saturdays in a row (the first right after a big snow storm!) in order to repair my under cabinet microwave. We had quite a few issues with the first company we were assigned through our home warranty (said the parts never arrived when they did) and he came and assessed that they had sent the wrong ones and then made everything right. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent. The dryer broke and Jason came and tried to fix it and then realized it was an expensive part and so we decided to go and look at his shop for a replacement dryer. We found a wonderful one that was actually new with a very small scratch We got a great warranty Delivery A great price His wife was at the store and was really helpful It's a family business that is friendly and focuses on building relationships. I'm very glad that we have started our relationship with Jason and his family. The service was sterling Friendly More than fair High-quality I would say this is one of the most Customer friendly places I've been involved with in a long time
Last week both my washer and dryer decided they were done😞I called my friend and she recommended that I call Overall Appliance and talk to Jason. Jason answered the phone told him my situation and I had a new washer and dryer installed the next day😃 I would highly recommend!!
What a wonderful experience! My dryer suddenly stopped heating and I called Overall Appliance repair for help. Jason came as scheduled,(on a Saturday, no less!),did diagnostics, and repaired my dryer. They were very efficient, kind and professional. Excellent work and at a really reasonable repair cost. Really reliable! I am good to go with my repaired dryer. I now have Overall Appliance Repair in my phone and a good feeling that Overall Appliance has my back on any appliance repair!
My experience here has been outstanding! I found myself in need of a dryer and came in originally thinking about purchasing a matching used stackable washer and dryer. After seeing his prices on the new scratch and dent products he has it wasn't hard to make the switch to one of those. I couldn't be happier with the set I have, and saved over $1000.00 to boot. Both Jason and his wife were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Delivery was fast and flawless as well. After installation, you wouldn't know it from a model that wasn't discounted due to cosmetics. Everything works flawlessly and it's a great system. I highly recommend shopping here if your considering an appliance.
