This company consistently fails to pick up our trash and when I finally requested a credited for the service that I paid for and did not receive she said that the only thing they could offer me was to pick up our extra trash on the next pick up day… in other words they MIGHT do the job they were already paid to do the next week… how magnanimous! Apparently the woman in the office doesn’t understand simple words like breach of contract. If you actually want your trash picked up consistently please select another company like waste management.

What a trashy company (sorry couldn’t resist). Like some other reviewers, cancelled my service well before the new period started and my credit card still got charged. Still waiting for a refund two months later. After their recent rate increases, there is absolutely no reason to stay with these people - any other option is better. Only way to get your money back is to report their charges as fraudulent to the credit card company I guess. They need to be reported to the BBB. Terrible service, terrible customer service, super sketchy.

This company does anything they can to avoid responsibility or communicating with customers. I cancelled services with them months ago and yet they still took my auto-payment (weeks before it's due date) and have delayed refunding me with every excuse in the book. It's been going on 8-weeks and still no refund. They claim it will be another 30-90 days before I get reimbursed for services I never received. I highly suggest going with ANY other trash company.
