All Tech, is the best repair in town for restaurants. They are quick to respond have a great team of office staff and technicians. Every technician I have had is knowledgeable and do very good work. Ryan has a great team and runs a really professional organization. They are transparent and very reasonable with pricing. I always feel like a person and not just a job. As a small business owner it is so important to get back up and running when my equipment takes a dive and Ryan's team is always there as soon as possible. No two week wait times for a technician to come and diagnose the problem, as with some other repair shops in town. They keep you up to date with parts on order and repair times. I just can't say enough about this team. They make the stress of running a restaurant a little easier because I really feel like they have my back and get how important these repairs are.

I had a service call and the tech advised what needed to be done. ($150 diagnostic call) I told the customer’s service rep and the manager I would inquire with the warranty on my fryers. My fryer was under warranty and the parts were covered but before I could contact all tech they call telling me the parts have been received and they want to schedule an install. Not once did I request to order these parts. I made several calls in which I had to deal with a very unprofessional customer service rep who lacked any knowledge to answer my questions and brushed me off by abruptly transfer me to the service manager. I do appreciate the manager giving me a little extra time to pay the entire invoice especially since the parts were ordered with out my approval. however all tech up charges parts twice what they cost with the explanation of it comes with a warranty. A 60 day warranty, as if that seems valuable. The tech that came out was very professional and did a fantastic job which is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Luckily for all of us there are other options. I suggest looking into them first. And only use all tech as a last resort.
