When it comes to getting help with difficult computer problems, Scott of Flagstaff Computers is at the top of the list. We can't say enough how grateful we are for Scott’s diligent assistance with our computer issues. Our old computer had many problems, but then finally it completely shut down. We feared we might not be able to retrieve anything, but somehow with his expertise and persistence, Scott was able to miraculously retrieve our most important documents and more, beyond all we imagined possible. Then later, he came to our house and solved some tricky set-up and transfer problems with our new computer. Besides valuing his expertise, we appreciate how approachable, patient and willing to help Scott is.

Made a quick call into Scott and after explaining my home networking situation and he was able to use his experience to confirm that things should be working fine. Luckily that conversation prompted me to remember some settings I had made that needed to be changed and was able to fix my problem on my own, but it was awesome to bounce my concerns off of Scott and get reassured. Great service and I'll definitely be looking to leverage Scott's experiences down the road as well.
