On the Level just completed several jobs at my home. In my driveway, they leveled several concrete blocks, removed a 3 foot driveway extension and replaced it with concrete, and caulked all joints in the driveway. They also power washed and sealed a long exposed aggregate walkway from my driveway to my front door. Ray and his crew completed every step of each job with meticulous care. The results will extend the life of my driveway for years to come. Each member of the crew handed these jobs as though it was their own home they were working on. It took only 3 days, with uncooperative weather, to complete the work. But most importantly, the crew persisted until all jobs were done perfectly to my complete satisfaction. Unlike many contractors, they did not go to start other jobs before they completed mine. Also impressive was that the the estimated cost was adhered to, even tough it was done some time ago. There were no changes that product prices have risen which is an excuse used by many contractors today. They also arrived at my home on the exact date they promised. The office staff kept me well informed in advance. If you are looking for this type of service at a fair price, why take a chance on anyone else?

If you are looking for a company to do concrete leveling / raising, then you need not look any further than On The Level Concrete Raising Inc. (OTLCR). The back of my patio had sunk over the years to the point where water pooled against the house after rainstorms (not good). I finally got around to having 4 concrete raising companies come out to provide estimates for the job. 2 said that the brick steps to the 2 doorwalls would have to be removed which did not please me as replacing them would cost $$. I was immediately impressed with Ray from OTLCR as he was very experienced and knowledgeable about doing such jobs and said he could raise the concrete and keep the steps, although some minor mortar cracking was possible. His price was also very reasonable compared to the others so I went with him - a very wise decision. Watching Ray and his crew do the job was quite fascinating to this recently retired engineer. Ray was a master of his craft the way he guided the pumping of the raising mixture into the different holes to make sure the rear of the slab was raised evenly - the rear edge of the patio was raised over 3" As it turned out, not a single crack anywhere was created which of course I was very pleased about. Even better, water now runs away from the house in rainstorms - no more drainage issues! The photos show the before and after of one of the steps - note the height difference.
