Laptop Repair Geeks of DC

The service at Laptop Repair Geeks of DC was beyond my expectations. I called them to request a battery replacement for my laptop. They told me they would send me a quote within the day, and if I agreed, they would order the battery, which would take four business days, and replace it. The battery arrived within three business days. They contacted me and replaced it immediately. Richard was attentive at all times until the battery was changed. They were very efficient, friendly, and fast. I have no complaints, and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Richard and Darnell.

I just want to express how impressed I was by one of your representatives Richard. You guys were not able to repair my computer but he gave excellent feedback, guidance and explained the steps I should take to get laptop repaired. He was so very helpful. So rare these days - he should be commended.

When I gave them incorrect information about my computer model, they did not falsely claim to be able to repair it to get any fee out of me but pointed me in the right direction. When I corrected my error, it turned out that my computer model did have accessible parts, and so they ordered the necessary part. UPS lost it in shipping, and instead of making me wait until they found it, they ordered another one via FedEx with express shipping at no additional cost to myself.
