Greg Smith is extremely helpful. I am not the most tech savvy person and he is patient with all of my questions and issues. He is quick to help get me back up and running when I run into a problem. He explains what he is doing and why in a way that as a non-techy I can understand. If the problem is not easily fixed and will take some time, he will do what he can to get me running until he has the time to dedicate to it (mostly with me out of the way). His attitude is upbeat and he always has a smile when I see or talk to him. He is a pleasure to work with.
