First, Modern Pest has gone above and beyond to give us year round service for mice abatement and maintenance at our home in Maine. They are our partner in keeping our home safe. TODAY HOWEVER I WANT TO SAY HOW TERRIFIC JACOB OUR TECHNICIAN WAS TODAY. He walked through every station with me and shared results.BRAVO!!

Matt is always professional, kind and provides explanations that are easy to understand. This visit he went out of his way to service the outdoor bait boxes that were hidden under more than a foot of snow. We appreciate Matt and his attention to detail. Thank you!

Dennis was tremendous. Took the time to explain things and schedule a follow up. He also made his way into some back storage closets that aren’t easy to access. Dennis also used booties to ensure none of the salt / sand / snow was tracked through the house. Friendly, professional service.
