Rising Star Roofing

Super Impressed with Rising Star Roofing and their staff. From beginning to end was flawless. Starting with reaching out to Chris Soverns for a quote and possible insurance claim. They took care of everything including talking to my insurance on 3 way call. Once claim was approved they were in touch with me to guide me thru next steps and what was expected. His crew came over to do job 3 weeks later. Cant say enough of their profesionalism being on time and starting work right away. They got their at 7:15 moved my patio furniture chairs and grill on their own . Before I knew it the banging and scrapping on roof was being done. Within 2 hours shingles were off and cleaned up. Several Plywood were bad to my surprise (25 Total) They removed and started installing without hesitation. By 3:30 job was done. Unbelievable. Job was cleaned up perfect patio furniture,grill etc all put back to where it was originally. My roof looks great and experty done. Cant say enough to how Impressed I Am with Rising Star Chris ,Arturo and his crew. Will recommend 110 %

My shingle roof was damaged after a tree fell on it during Hurricane Ian. Marcus from Rising Star Roofing knew all of the relevant FL building codes and told my claims adjuster that the damaged area is larger than the state allows for repairs and I would need a full replacement. He also said doing a repair that size would make the roof look awful due to color fading and age of the existing shingles and if I had warranties left, it would void them. My carrier paid for a full roof replacement. I used the opportunity to upgrade to tile and I am so glad I did because the house looks FABULOUS now!! RSR did a fantastic job. The crew, Tony and Juan, were very nice and respectful. Office staff was polite and helpful. Marcus also referred a painter he has worked with so between the new roof and paint, the place looks amazing!! I had a good experience with Rising Star Roofing. (Before and after photos attached)
