Superior door did a wonderful job providing pertinent information regarding what was causing issues with my garage door system and timely estimates to my email with options they provide- all for free! I am very impressed with the professionalism and timely communication and service for a free estimate.
Wow is all I can say! From the start the service was superior to say the least. I had called another company prior to calling them and they were less than helpful. So I was lucky and called Superior Door. I spoke with Mary and she was wonderful to speak with. My car was stuck in the garage with no way to get it out. The technician, Lincoln was here within an hour of my call. He was able to quickly get the door open and diagnose the issue. I will defiantly be working with them again. I only paid the diagnostic fee however may need to get a replacement so more to come on that.
We hired Superior to switch our trolley opener to a wall mount and do a high lift conversion. The entire process was great. Communication was solid, the installers were professional and friendly and the end result is awesome. It opened up our garage a ton and my only regret is not doing it sooner. If we ever need more garage door work we plan to call Superior.
Called for my house broken garage door repairs, no time I received a confirmation email and in 30 minutes the technician was knocking on my door. Even though the garage door was not repaired, the technician offered useful professional advice. Looking forward to have an estimate for an updated system. Excellent and prompt service. Superior Door is the best of the best. They are so quick to arrive for service calls and door emergencies it's almost unbelievable. It can be hard to find a trustworthily company but Superior has proved to be top notch every time I have needed their services. I don't even sweat garage door issues anymore, I call Superior and go on with my day. Thank you all so much for your service, it is so appreciated!
