My furnace quit working. They called me to set up the appointment, and were prompt, professional, and very respectful. Even though it was my fault that it quit working, they never made me feel like a dummy. They were very helpful, and got it fixed quickly; even though they had to order parts to fix. They instructed me on upkeep, so this hopefully won't happen again. I would highly recommend them. If you need skilled, respectful service give them a call. You'll be happy you did!

Olympic Heating and Cooling LLC did an excellent job on the repairs on my furnace. The first trip out the technician diagnosed the issue with the furnace and they ordered the necessary parts and came back to install the parts and the furnace fired up and run perfectly. The technician was very respectful of my home and myself. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of his job.
