The blower on our 15 year old propane furnace quit working and I contacted Blues based on google reviews. They had a technician on site within a day to assess the problem and recommend a solution. The technician was very thorough and patient, and spent a lot of time answering my questions, weighing options with me, and helping me make a decision. In the end, I decided to use the blower failure as the nudge I needed to purchase a more efficient and climate-friendly electric heat pump. The crew of Blues literally saved my family's lives today. Charles came the other day to service our furnace and found some potential problems, so we decided to replace it and add a heat pump today. Last night I noticed a significant gas leak. I was almost completely overcome. I called in (on a Sunday evening) and Courtney talked me through what to do to get through the night. This morning, Aaron & Gilbert arrived to do the work. Shortly before they arrived, I discovered that despite what I had done, the furnace was still leaking. They stepped right in and handled it. Huge shoutout to the team at Blues for our new furnace! Charles made the selection process so easy by guiding us through all our options to find a great fit for our budget. On installation day, Aaron and his crew were professional, polite, and very respectful of our home. They truly go above and beyond with their customer service—we felt supported through the entire process.

We replaced our 22 yr old heating system with a new Platinum hybrid furnace and heat pump system from Blues Heating and Air and my wife and I think we are the luckiest people in the world. Love, love the new system and the air conditioning is amazing! Charles and team, from office support to technician, were professional, knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated this big investment and home upgrade. Charles Bodtke arrived on time to do a certified maintenance service of our home HVAC system. He was polite and respectful of our home - he properly introduced himself, wore shoes protection, asked permission to use cleaning product and power for his tools, and provided detailed maintenance task list. He provided a documentation of the company profile and HVAC system operations and maintenance information for us to review and ask questions if needed. We appreciated his work transparency by showing it and provided explanations. He is well represented for his company. We highly recommend this local company Blues Heating & Air.
