We're new customers and have taken all of our vehicles to RJM for service and diagnostic issues. They've been thorough, fair, and when it didn't need fixing or replacing, they didn't. Communicative and professional! They are our go-to!

So far I only got an inspection and quote for getting up to date with necessary maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. They were professional and clear about what needs attention for safety compared to other things they recommend, and they did not recommend that I get $750 work done that a national chain had suggested I desperately needed. I knew I needed tires and was very relieved when they offered 4 mid-level all-season Toyo tires with a good warranty for the same amount as the cheapest quote I got from the national chain for just 3 tires that were not as good. Im scheduled to get all of the work they recommended done this week and I will be... The mechanics at RJM are knowledgeable ,efficient and superior in their field. I consistently receive excellent service and fair pricing for repairs and services . The turn around time from drop to pick up is great, they are my go to shop. From the F150 to my daughter's Cadillac , they can do it all. Highly recommend.

I was one of their first customers when they opened up. Haven't gone to anyone else since. That said, I definitely understand how busy they are now given how great they are. Soooo, even when I go somewhere else it's not because I don't want to go to them. It's because there's something I need to take care of right away that I know they don't have time to do because they're so busy. ๐ฅฒ I'm not crying, you're crying. ๐๐ฟ
