We had a washer needing repair as it was leaking from the front. Max came in on time and also provided me a 30 min window before he arrived. He was so quick to fix the issue with the rubber of the front load washer. He did a great job fixing the issue. He was friendly and polite. Will definitely recommend him and the company to my friends!

I had an excellent experience with Oleg Appliance Repair. Gregory came out to my house the same day I called, arrived right on time, and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. Although the issue turned out to be an electrical problem and not the washing machine itself, Gregory took the time to fully explain everything in detail, made sure I understood what was going on, and never rushed through the visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a company that is this responsive, honest, and detailed.
