My laptop fell off the table, and I honestly thought it was done for because it wouldn’t even turn on. I first went to another computer repair shop, but they told me there was nothing they could do. I didn’t want to give up, so I searched for another repair shop and found H and J. From the moment I got there, the staff was cordial and professional. They were realistic and transparent when reviewing my laptop and didn’t overpromise anything. I was so relieved and happy when they were able to fix it. My laptop now turns on, they repaired the damaged port from the fall, and they even ran a virus scan for me. I am truly grateful to the entire staff and will continue coming here for all of my laptop needs.

Wife had an interview at 12pm. Forgot my laptop charger back home in St. Pete. Things looking bad. Looked up H&J on google maps, arrived at 11:22 am. Josh & another tech immediately began looking for A charger for my Asus Vivobook. Came in clutch with charger with minutes to go (literally), and end up giving it to me FOR FREE due to my budget constraints!!! Definitely saved me big time as I got back JUST IN TIME for the interview. Josh, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!! I will not forget this kindness!!!

I do not usually post reviews but Josh made my holiday shopping so quick, simple, and enjoyable that it warrants recognition. My knowledge on electronics is very limited so shopping for ipads for my three kids this season has felt very overwhelming and stressful. Josh was able to quickly recommend the perfect options for my needs and was able to check this off my holiday to-do list in minutes, without me having to leave the comfort of my own home. I highly recommend H&J Electronics! They did not disappoint!
