On December 31st a tech came out gave us a quote and had my mom to pay a 50% deposit that is supposed to cover the cost of the part. It been over 3 weeks now they dont answer dont communicate. Told us the part was supposed to be delivered between the 14 and the 16 and we havent heard anything from them and they are not responsing to any of our communications efforts. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! I will be reporting this company to the bbb and beyond.

Called and received an immediate response. Technician came out. Got a quote on parts and labor. Parts received and washer fixed. Satisfied customer.
