DO NOT GO HERE I took my iPhone 15 to Expert Fix on Baytree to repair an ink spot on the screen. For the first week, the phone seemed fine, but shortly after everything went downhill. The screen started lifting off as if it wasn’t properly installed or glued, the phone began overheating and was hot to the touch, developed black lines and new ink spots, and the screen started glitching, lagging, clicking on things by itself, and completely malfunctioning. The battery now dies within an hour. The phone is essentially unusable. I went back in person to try to resolve the issue and also attempted to sell an item. Not only was I severely lowballed, but they ignored me for over 20 minutes and then walked away without finishing the interaction. Maybe if they weren’t so focused on upselling additional junk, they could actually produce quality work. I then took the phone to the Apple Store, and they confirmed the parts were non-genuine/black market and advised me to take legal action. Since then, I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent an email through their website—all ignored. Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and go literally anywhere else.
