Extremely professional. I brought my phone in after months of having issues with charging it. The gentleman cleaned out and dislodged debris in the charging port in less than a minute and handed my phone back to me, free of charge. Highly recommend.
I thought my phone was gone but these gentlemen fixed it better than new! They worked on it right away and had it back to me in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend!
Brought my daughter's phone up there because we thought it needed a new battery because it wouldn't charge or turn on. Got quoted about 70 for a new battery. Got a call about an hour later that it was ready and turned out it was fine and just needed a new charger 🤣 The guy was super nice and didn't charge me anything! Will definitely go back if I need a phone fixed again.
The staff were personable and gracious. They determined the problem and presented options within a few minutes. Pricing was reasonable and the resolution was quick. I would definitely use them again.
Mr. Fix It saved the day! My phone was completely blank, and I couldn’t file an insurance claim to get a new phone until I got a setting turned off, which I couldn’t do with the screen not working. Mr. Fix It was so helpful and kind! They were efficient, patient, and very knowledgeable. The problem was resolved and I was able to file my claim and have a new phone the next day. I don’t know what I would have done without their help! I highly recommend them for any tech needs! Customer service was top notch!
