NWI Heating and Air

Spoke with John L. On 1/19. Set up the appointment. 8am next morning 1/20. Justin arrived, accessed issues. Part was delivered. He was courteous, compassionate and professional. He wore booties over his boots, worked on a work blanket and cleaned up after work was completed. I give him and NWI HEATING AND AIR 5 stars. Also want to mention, they worked with me on pricing. What could have been a major problem, was addressed in approximately an hour. Will definitely recommend your services. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent experience!! Anthony was the best! We just moved into a new house and the heat didnt work. Other companies wanted to sell us whole new units. Anthony came in and explained everything he was doing and showed us how he could repair the worn out parts. After 4 days of no heat he had our furnace running in just a few hrs. I was so grateful that he didn't see us as just more $$$ but was willing to work with us and make the necessary repairs.

Update: So I called the water heater company, they are replacing my water heater. They are also doing it free of charge. They said I can use any company I want to use and they will pay for services. NWI should have tried to work with me. Now another company will get paid. I also like to stick with the same companies for stuff like this. Lost a good paying customer! The response back with the Best Buy comment I have to laugh at. Should have bought the extended warranty. Everyone knows how laptops, tv's, gaming systems work. Feel NWI should have at least come to see what was wrong with it. If you are installing these water heaters, you should at least know the warranties on these. I used this company to install a hot water heater just about 2 years ago. I noticed hard water deposits around the water heater, on top of it, and on the flex hose. The flex hose has rust on it where it goes into the tank. Spoke with the owner on 1/18/25 he said it would cost me more money for them to come inspect. Charge for labor and repair. He also said the flex hose and hot water heater can have manufacturers defects, it happens all the time. If those need to be repaired it's not his responsibility. He disclosed that other comapanies will say bad things for his shady job just to get my business. I would NOT recommend this company who should stand behind his work. I've never had a hot water heater last just for 2 years. Usually lasts me about 10 years or more. I feel this company should have at least come out and see what was wrong with their install at no charge. I will be sure to tell family and friends to NOT use this company in the future.

John and his crew were amazing from start to finish. From the time I had John at my home for a quote up till the install, John was fantastic all the way through. If you’re someone who likes getting multiple quotes and John is your first. Go with him. And thank me later. Professionalism and craftsmanship at its finest. Thank you guys for coming out quickly before My wife and I honeymoon. We will definitely be referring NWI Heating and Air to EVERYONE!!!
