Zak was great. He cleaned the fire box and log set to perfection. Our unit was shutting down completely after only 10 minutes or so of operation. He suspected dust blockage in the thermopyle. He was correct. He showed it to me before and after internal cleaning. It looks and works like new. MONEY WELL SPENT!!

Zac was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on how to use our fireplace insert supported by him supplying an accurate manual for us to download. Jordan did a thorough cleaning job and do not leave a trace behind. Really recommend this team and company!
