Now Service Pros (NSP)

Avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, this company does poor quality work. They are also slow and unprofessional. Company tried to change the scope of work during my job to do less and threatened to walk off job after blundering through the first part of it, and they charged for extras that were very questionable to finish job after starting. They left the job a mess that I had to hire another contractor to fix after they claimed to have finished. I will never work with them again. Ashland has many other quality contractors and plumbers in the area that are better.

I cannot recommend this company to do business with. I called them Friday set up an appointment for Monday. The electrician never showed. I called Tuesday morning. The office manager said he would be here first thing Wednesday he never showed so I called and the office manager told me that the owner of the company said they did not service our area and would not be coming out the day before Thanksgiving. If they had let me know this from the start I would’ve gotten someone else so thank you Mr. owner no lights and no electricity on Thanksgiving in my dining room.

I called to have a building looked at for repair. The men meeting me to give the bid was almost and hour late. I waited 5 days for the bid. Called the office and was told I would have it by the end of the day yesterday. As of today I still had not received the bid. I called the office and asked about it, and the receptionist informed me that it was not a job they wanted to take on at this time. I had waited for nearly a week and now I have to start the process of finding a new contractor all over again. A simple text, email or phone call would have been the professional thing to do. I would not recommend this company.
