Had a broken charge port. Went in, said he'd have to see if he had parts if so, it wouldn't take long. The next day at noon I received a voice-mail from him, telling me it was ready. Quick. To the point. Friendly. And the price was absolutely reasonable. What more could you possibly want? Hands down the best, no nonsense, brass-tacks, repair shop, I've ever used. Just broke a screen on it as a matter of fact, and I'm headed back again. So that should be a testament to his services.

Most pleasantly surprised by both the quality and pricing. My story: 6 year old laptop finally bit the bullet. Wasn't turning on; not really worth it to fix it versus getting a new laptop. So, I took it to BestBuy to try and recover the memory. They were going to either charge me $100 including shipping to their Chicago repair center which would clearly take at least a week; or, I could sign up for a $200 1-year subscription to unlimited repairs - likely with fine print attached. I brought in a Samsung tablet that I had been trying to repair some hardware on myself and owner was very calm and helpful throughout the process. Although he couldn't manage to save my tablet (which I doubted in the first place) he did not charge me for his efforts and went on to offer a deal on a similar tablet computer he had in stock that I simply couldn't refuse. What I expected to be a costly time consuming hassle became a very fruitful endeavor. By far the best computer shop in Huntington.
