Most pleasantly surprised by both the quality and pricing. My story: 6 year old laptop finally bit the bullet. Wasn't turning on; not really worth it to fix it versus getting a new laptop. So, I took it to BestBuy to try and recover the memory. They were going to either charge me $100 including shipping to their Chicago repair center which would clearly take at least a week; or, I could sign up for a $200 1-year subscription to unlimited repairs - likely with fine print attached. Called up Mojo; explained my situation that I was permanently leaving town after that day. 1.5 hrs, 1 new part, and a little over $55 in total later, I have my hard drive essentially converted to an external hard drive for use with my future new laptop. They say you can't get quality, low cost, and timeliness together. Looks like this place may be the exception. I wish I were staying in town to make this my go-to place.
