Great place with a great staff very knowledgeable professional and helpful and when life happens and issues come up they've always worked with me im very thankful and grateful to do business with real decent people who actually help and not just help themselves like many other places in today's world thanks for everything to everyone at the shop your all great!!
Great customer service, one of the top firearm selections I've seen in any pawn shop. They don't sell junk either, great prices and good quality pre owned but not abused firearms. Highly recommend these guys.
I’ve been doing business with northwest pawn for years and never had a problem. Jack and Jason are very professional and knowledgeable of their job. Great guys. They work with you about anything. Wonderful experience every time.
The guy with the lip rings was extremely rude when I went in to pawn a ring. He kept saying he wasn't a gemologist and wouldn't price the ring without first seeing ID and verifying my address. He then proceeded to offer me an extremely low price.
The staff are always helpful. I was injured June 2023 and when they heard what happened, they were understanding about my situation and worked with me to get me caught up again with my interest. They're always polite and respectful. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.
