OUTSTANDING service. They came and fixed my garage bay door that someone else had installed very badly, and saved me a fortune on buying and installing an entirely new door. Very helpful, courteous service, friendly and honest. I only wish I had used Superior Door in the first place, then I wouldn't have needed the service call!!

Awesome customer service and a great business to deal with. I ordered a custom garage door insulated with glass from top to bottom. All black powder coated hardware and tracks. I also mentioned that it would be cool to have it at a 4/12 pitch to go up between my trusses on my pole building, and they said it can be done. It looks great and I am very pleased with the install (pretty much air tight) . Great work superior Door.

Great work, horrible customer service. I ordered a garage door in May and was told it would take about a month until it would be in town and and an installer would be available. This was fine for me because I needed it by July and the time would work out well. I called about a month later to check on the status and was told they hadn't ordered it yet and they don't remember me ordering it, even though I had the quote and gave them my credit card over the phone. They really weren't very apologetic about it, but for some reason I still decided to go ahead and order the door (again) as they had assured me it would still be available and inst... Great work, horrible customer service. I ordered a garage door in May and was told it would take about a month until it would be in town and and an installer would be available. They really weren't very apologetic about it, but for some reason I still decided to go ahead and order the door (again) as they had assured me it would still be available and installed in time. A couple weeks later I got a call saying my door got damaged by a forklift and would have to be remade. As it was getting extremely close to the day I absolutely needed the door installed, they called and scheduled an install. The day before the scheduled install I got a call telling me the driver would not be arriving on time and I had to reschedule. They were able to schedule someone for the next day. The installer that came over was very friendly and professional and did a great job, however he immediately asked me why I had ordered my door so much bigger than it should have been. This floored me because they were the ones that came out and measured the door and told me what I needed. The installer was able to make it work, but it had to be slightly off center to make it fit. Any other time I would have had them order a new door or get it somewhere else, but it was the absolute last day I needed to have the door in. After the install was complete, I noticed another issue when I got my invoice. I had ordered a non-insulated door because my garage is not insulated and not really buttoned up well either. The lady I ordered from kept insisting I should get the insulated door because it was only a little more. However, I did not want to spend the extra $150 for it, so I ordered without. Somehow she thought I wanted it though because that is what I got, a $150 more expensive door I didn't want. She was unapologetic about this as well and I was forced to pay for the more expensive door. I would not recommend this company and would look elsewhere for a garage door.
