Andres arrived on time for our appointment, did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. He also reviewed all information with us and was totally efficient and professional. We highly recommend Northwest Fireplace for all of your fireplace maintenance. We have used them before and have never been disappointed.
This company is great. The service men who came arrived within the service time window and I even received a text when they were on the way. They were professional and knowledgeable in addressing our problem. They performed a thorough cleaning on our fireplace. They took detailed notes/pictures/measurements of our fireplace to compare for future reference. They were efficient in their work and left our home completely clean when they were done with the job. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again.
My electric fireplace was not lighting and I was concerned I needed a whole new unit replacement after having already replaced a couple of the universal parts on my own. Keenan and Logan came to do a clean and check to see what the issue was. They were so nice and very respectful of my property. And they were able to fix the issue within about an hour’s time. .So, now it lights as it should and for only about $339 instead of the massive cost to replace it in its entirety. I’m so thrilled with Northwest Fireplace and Chimney, LLC. They’re the best!!
Wow! Such a pleasure. The technician, Keenan & his coworker( I apologize for not having his name) were extremely polite, kind & neat. They did a phenomenal job & figured out our issue! They explained everything in detail and truly were a joy to have in our home. I honestly think these guys are at the top of the chart for service people we have had come to our home!! Thank you!!
Northwest Fireplace did the yearly Service check up on my gas log fireplace today. Joe Sharp and his helper were awesome. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they checked and cleaned on the log insert. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
