I was ready for a new car. I saw the cacti green Equinox 2026 and knew I wanted it. Someone beat me to it, but somehow Tony and the crew found a way to get me another one in just a few days! He communicated with my husband and I daily to keep us updated on the status of everything. Everyone was kind and friendly there. Thank you all!

Don't buy used vehicle from here. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram and purchased extended warranty. From day one I should of canceled the purchase. Connect computer never worked and dealer refused to fix. Without the computer working causes the heater system no access to set heater . Without UConnect computer not working the back up camera rarely worked and to use the radio was a joke . The phone system never worked and they knew this because we told Dayana about it . You plug phone in at it would automatically dial first person in contacts. At times computer would call 911 but couldn't connect. Within the first week of purchase I had to return the truck and have them put a new/rebuilt transmission put in . Shortly after that on a road trip the EGR was acting up and almost caused me to wreck because truck would stall in the middle of a turn and while trying to park the fuel pedal would give it gas and I had to apply brakes extra hard. This wasn't covered so I was told and it cost me around $1,000.00 for repairs. While my truck was parked at the dealership someone backed into my truck and damaged the passenger side head light but also pushed the fender back and left a wrinkle in wheel panel and caused the front door to rub fender. They replaced the head light . But here is the deal..I was never notified and didn't find out about this until I went to pick up my truck..I showed the damage to the service employee and he just blew me off and walked away. I should of drove it through the showroom , maybe that would of got the attention of the dealership. After being dismissed I took pictures and sent everything to my insurance company so I would have proof of claim. I would recommend you to run like hell away from this dealer. I got stuck with a lemon but I tried to get help through the BBB but couldn't find anyone that cared including attorneys. This dealership doesn't care about the customer. They got my money and I paid for extended warranty which only covered the transmission. Run the other way. After going through all this I wouldn't go back to them for anything.
