I purchased a brand new 2025 ram 1500 laramie night edition from Broadway Chrysler in Novemeber. They were very communicative during the purchasing process. I was told the pickup would be all cleaned up and ready to go. When I arrived, the vehicle was filthy. I was told they would detail it while I was signing the papers. After the papers were signed we went outside to look over the vehicle. The pickup box sides were completely scratched to primer and it was covered in hail dents. They told me they hadnt had hail so it must have happened while being shipped to there dealership. Jackson told me to take the truck and they would fix it up the way it should be in NEW condition. Over a month later they finally came and picked up the truck to do the repairs. I also had ordered a brake controller for it to be installed when they had it. The dealership came and got the vehicle (which I live 150 miles from), and started the repairs. I get a call from Jackson its done except for one thing. The brake controller got thrown in on a deal for the general managers buddy to close the deal. So I would not have one installed which I confirmed would be done, before they came and got it. He also told me to look the vehicle over and let him know my thoughts on the repair work. When I inspected the work the dents were gone, however, the scratches can still be seen on the driver side, and they put touchup paint on the passenger side. I have since been asking to talk to the general manager for over a month. I am told he is only there part of the time as he manages there camper dealerships as well. The general manager offered for me to bring the vehicle back down and they could buff on it a little more as that is the best the body shop could do. If touch up paint is the best a body shop can do they shouldnt be in business. I have asked which body shop did the repair and they wont tell me. This dealership is strictly about volume sales and not customer service. The general manager has never called me, and they have never even told me his name. There is no staff directory on there website listed at all. Jackson has been good trying to help but his hands are tied and he cant make the calls. You will get a good price here, but if there are any issues you are on your own.
