Water Heaters Now!

Our water heater went out on Sunday, so we contacted Water Heaters Now to request an estimate as well as checking Home Depot and Menards. Water Heaters Now had a good price on a replacement water heater, and they were available to install it on Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. The plumber showed up, reviewed the project and explained the process and installation cost, including permit, and removal, which aligned with the estimate previously provided. The replacement process took approximately 2 hours, and we now have hot water again and the old faulty water heater has been hauled away. Water heater died this morning, I called at about noon, texted over some photos, and the owner answered all my questions, and got me what I wanted. They were helpful and transparent so there were no surprises, save that they were able to get someone out pretty much immediately. T. Vang did a great job on the installation, explaining the new setup and maintenance, being patient while I took some notes, and he left the area cleaner than he found it. From call to completion, it was only four hours, and the price was better than expected, very affordable. Seriously great work, great people, would recommend.

My 28 year old electric water heater finally died. Jon was easy to work with, the installer (Tony) was great. WH location was a problem, Tony let me know the access opening was too small to get old out/new in. (Which explains why the flippers who sold me this place didn’t replace it. It looks like walls were built around water heater!) Tony tried to come up with other options but I finally just told him to cut out part of the closet wall. He was cautious about it but I assured him I was good with it. Removal of the wall helped but it was still a struggle. Tony got the job done! And he repaired the wall! From phone call to completed installation took about 24 hours. And that’s only because I had to wait until the next morning as I couldn’t leave work early enough to make it happen the same day.
