Seriously, you guys make it look so easy! Thank you for the great delivery, everything WORKS! (I know that seems like a low bar but seriously... I am just so pleased.) The salesperson was fantastic, patient, and kind. The delivery team was so great, very good at explaining what I needed to do, even gave me time to clean underneath the old units before they brought in the new one (and didn't even look grossed out by the 30 years of dust and grime underneath the old unit, which was very kind of them!) I do-- and have already--- recommend Warners Stellian to several people already. Thank you!
Wade was an exceptional salesperson to work with. He helped me navigate a unique situation with a raised floor that required me to get an ADA dishwasher. There was an issue with my dedicated dishwasher outlet under my sink after the install that left it not working consistently. Within 36 hours, they sent out someone to replace the outlet. Super grateful for Warners' Stellian, they have a customer for life!
Had a dishwasher die on us. Wade was excellent in helping me navigate the unique situation we had with our replacement (we had floors installed after our previous dishwasher was put in, making the space tricky).
After install, there was an issue with our outlet not working consistently, Wade got someone out to our place to fix it ASAP. This level of customer service cannot be found anywhere else. Warners' has my business forever!
The best part of my experience was, without a doubt, the technician who installed my microwave. He was fantastic—professional, kind, and extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong microwave, which is entirely my mistake and unrelated to this one-star review.
Prior to the technician’s arrival, I turned on all the lights in my kitchen so he would have a well-lit area to work in. After he left, I turned the lights off and immediately noticed two dents on the microwave. They are small but clearly visible in natural light. I contacted my sales representative within an hour of the technician leaving.
At first, I inquired about having the microwave I originally intended to purchase delivered and installed instead. However, after factoring in the price difference, installation, delivery, restocking, and packaging fees, the cost was unreasonable.
I then asked what could be done regarding the damaged unit—either compensation or a replacement. I was told I could receive $48 in compensation, or, if I wanted a replacement (which I do), I would need to pay a return-trip fee and reinstallation costs. I find this completely unfair, especially since the damage was reported shortly after delivery. In the end, I was left with no real option but to accept the $48, which is extremely disappointing.
Although the dents are small, they are very noticeable, especially next to my other Frigidaire Gallery appliances, which are in pristine condition.
Because of how this situation was handled, I would not recommend Warners’ Stellian. If you do choose to purchase from them, I strongly advise inspecting the appliance carefully before the technician leaves, as the post-delivery support has been very disappointing.
These guys are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Initially went to the Apple Valley location and later went to the Northeast location to find scratch and dent machines to get a better deal. Went back three times and the sales team was very understanding and were not pressing the sale or financing on the get go which is nice. We got a great financing deal for no interest/minimum payment over 18 months which helps since we just purchased a home. The new appliances are so nice and the delivery team was diligent and arrived within our time window with an eta when they dispatched to our home. One appliance got lightly scuffed and it's not a deal breaker for us by any means, they got us a discount on the product that made us feel really taken care of. Planning on sending Rachel some photos when we finish the kitchen remodel! Thank you!
