101-year-old great-grandmother’s floor was uneven and dangerous due to old vinyl flooring stacked one on top of the other. Wanting the best for my great-grandma, I searched for the best flooring options in Queens and all research led to Northern Floor Covering. The marvelous Natasha helped me understand my options and also took time out of her busy day to speak with my great-grandmother not just about the styles and colours for the kitchen, foyer, hallway, bathroom and bedrooms floor options and window treatment, but also to speak with her about life. No words can express my gratitude for that. After getting a few other quotes, the Northern Floor Covering’s price was more than reasonable considering the quality of work and in relation to the other quotes I received. From the initial consultation with Natasha, to the follow-up with Vincenzo, Marco, Mark, Jose, and Alex (special mention to Alex, son of Jose, who is in college and just a wonderful young man. My great-grandmother really took a shine to him.) Finally, I just want to mention that Natasha has a wonderful eye for design and all of her suggestions my mother eagerly agreed with. We highly recommend Northern Floor Covering and are extremely happy we went with such a high quality company for our home beautification needs.
