There is a lady, I am presuming the owner of the shop with terrible, condescending attitude that consistently try to blame the customers on issues with the appliances bought. I bought a washer/dryer here close to a year ago and asked for the store to assist me in sending a tech over. I explained that there is a part that fell but I could not identify which one or how to fix. The lady in the store is incredibly rude and always try to shift blame to the customers. Customer service is close to zero.
