The team did a great job diagnosing and repairing my computer. We weren't sure exactly what the problem was, and they systematically started ruling out components until the problem was found. Matt stayed open late to finish my repair and get me back up and running. THANK YOU!
Dover computer repair went above and beyond to help me with a few problems. They effortlessly fixed a laptop that I thought was toast, and they also managed to recover all of my data off of a portable hard drive that I had multiple recovery attempts on with no success. These guys are great, and I will continue to take any computer / technology repair problems here.
I got my laptop screen replaced. 2021 Macbook Pro so it was not cheap. The new screen is STELLAR, I feel like it's better than the one before. The human eye can detect very small differences in quality, and this new screen looks even better than the late '10s iMacs so I'm confident whatever he used was top notch. Quick comment because I forgot to mention it: you should clear your voice mailbox, lol. Thanks for making my computer feel good as new.
This past week I walked in with no appointment with a 2015 MacBook Pro that was having some issues that I could not resolve & I did spend an entire day on the phone with 3 different "Apple Support" reps that did very basic troubleshooting over the phone. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that I could get my computers issue resolved the within the same evening, considering I needed it back up & running ASAP. Now, I may have came in during a lul or a gap where they were free, so I wouldn't bank on this for your situation. Very reasonable pricing & saved me from having to purchase a new computer, which I cannot afford right now. I would highly recommend this location as your 1st stop for your computer needs/issues. The only advice I would have would be to make sure you are very clear in what you want done & make sure to mention it prior to having your computer worked on.
