Bought a stack washer dryer from Home Depot Got it delivered on Feb 14. Delivery man said not enough power so hired an electrician. Electrician said the washer hose not set up properly so called Home Depot again to come out and check. Delivery man. said to call Whirlpool because drain hose broken. Then for days and weeks and hours on the phone began! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Majority of the operators sounded like you woke them from a nap! One day the wait time was 1 hr! After all that run around I called Home Depot for help. Demanded I speak with a manager. Finally one called me back 3 days later and said she would look into it that day. Then the next day I got a call from Newtown Appliance, Carl. He said he would go out and check on it. That afternoon he went out and fixed it! The delivery men did not hook it up properly like the electrian said! It took almost a month to get it hooked up! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO CARL OF NEWTOWN APPLIANCE!!!
