WOW! And I mean this in the BEST way! Truly a God send, indeed. The gentlemen assigned to my trouble call was Rich and James. I appreciate their patience, although I take full accountability for not communicating effectively about my tardiness. They immediately got down to business, spoke about the issues in a way i could understand, and were transparent about the cost of all the work. Down to earth, easy to talk to, and compassion; qualities that are rare but for me always appreciated.
