Smiley's Heating and Cooling

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I got three estimates for a new a/c and they were the cheapest. Also the guy Ryan Vonshell was a sweetheart and came and installed a window unit for FREE that I purchased off Amazon. I would have had to pay Lowe’s like $150.00-$200.00. I am a single female a live by myself, so I think he understood a)I value my money b)he REALLY has GREAT customer service and cares about his customers! They took away the old stuff, and left me w/ a new digital thermostat which I can control from my phone(nice!), and a nice reliable a/c unit! Ryan really is knowledgeable and does care about all of his customers, so call Smileys Heating and Cooling, they are top notch!!!!!!

I am most pleased with the maintenance service that Darnell performed on my dual AC system. I have had a maintenance agreement for approximately three years and Smiley’s would come out twice a year but this was the first time that anyone has ever taken pictures of everything they did, from hosing down my filters, to the part that needed to be replaced and then he sent them to me via email. I have been pleased with Smiley’s service but this time I was extremely impressed. After viewing the images, I was more confident that the service I was paying for was being done. Darnell was very professional, timely, and experienced. After he did the service, he would let me know he was going back to check to make sure everything was working properly. He had to come back the next day to replace a part and checked again that everything was working. I have always had very friendly technicians from Smiley’s, but I can truly say that Darnell was top-notch in everything he did. Seeing the before and after pictures is a good policy to adopt as you normally have to take the technicians word that everything was done or that something needs to be replaced. I will ask for Darnell specifically from now on.
