Was a wonderful company to deal with at first. They came out quickly and got an estimate done. The estimate was $3,1877! I feel everything was overpriced. For example they wanted to charge us $875 for a 24-port Gigabit switch which we found a similar one on Amazon for $78. We decided not to go with the estimate via the owners. They also offer technical issues which we encountered one after we decided to not go with the $3,1877 estimate. We talked with the owner and he basically refused to help us with what they also advertise: technical issues. We told him we had no one else to help us with a simple problem we encountered, don't like to admit it but we almost begged for their help. I asked if it was due to use not going with the estimate and the owner never really answered the question. I also let him know the equipment was well overcharged and we found a lot cheaper and just as good on Amazon. I could tell that made him even more upset and for being the owner he was not professional and denied us services that he advertises. I have never left a negative Google review in my life but this company sooooo deserves it! Please think twice before you let them overcharge your company as well.
