If I could give negative stars I would. Literally just got scammed out of my computer because the front desk guy has no idea how to communicate with the customers about how long it would take to fix a computer. You can't just say "oh we placed a bid on a part." And expect the customer to know what that means. At least TELL THEM that it would take SEVERAL DAYS to get it fixed because the part needs to get SHIPPED. When I went to retrieve my not finished computer, they confiscated it since i refused to pay for the part that wouldnt even be in my computer so i had to leave it because i was moving out of state the next day. If I knew that I wouldn't have even gone there in the first place. This has nothing to do with the tech. Just the customer service. The man deserves to get fired.
