I haven’t used the services here, but I really appreciate the honest and courteous advice and recommendations I received over the phone. They didn’t try to tell me they could fix something they couldn’t just to get paid, but instead told me straight up they couldn’t fix the back of my daughters phone and told me my options, referrals, and possible outcomes. My mom couldn’t get a fraction of this kind of service when she physically went into the Bartlesville ATT store.

I have been a return customer now for over 5 years. Between my kids and I, NBR has replaced about 10 iPhone screens for me. They are always fast. I don't think it has ever taken him more than one hour to replace the screen. And they always work as they should. As part of the service you get a screen protector installed as well as your charge port and speakers cleaned. If you are worried about the negative reviews, read them and judge for yourself. I recommend this place to anyone that has a broken phone screen.
