My yardman quit and I had decided to buy another mower and do it myself. I knew that it would be difficult to find someone else as I knew everyone was busy. Sure enough in making calls I discovered that was quite true BUT I Talked to Perez Lawn and he somehow juggled his schedule and worked me in. I am grateful for their kind consideration and hope to have a long business relationship. Oh yeah the work was done today and the yard looks great. Thank you!!!! Plus there is a problem area and I was given ideas. Best call I made.

My mother has been in and out of the hospital and her yard was overgrown SEVERELY. I called and talked to Dan(?) Perez, who was honest with his pricing and scheduled me for an emergency cleanup of the yard. The agreed upon amount was a reasonable $250 due to the severity of overgrowth. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and candor of the owner UNTIL I paid in advance and left for an appointment. He had scheduled 4 hours of work and worked approximately 2, leaving early and not contacting me about anything. They left heaps of grass and untouched brush over my entire back yard. $250 was reasonable until I found out it was just to knock down the tall grass. 1 star for leaving the job early and not contacting the payer, me, and leaving behind a mess for me to clean up.
